T-SEAS WEBCENTER
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER ACCESS
Important Information to Remember
- WEBCENTER VS T-SEAS PHONE SYSTEM
Just about every phone transaction can be performed on WebCenter, from changing your days or dates of unavailability to reviewing jobs and accepting jobs. There are advantages to both. It is a matter of personal preference on which method you choose to review or modify your record.
- WEBCENTER DOES NOT HAVE PAYROLL INFORMATION
Absence information registered on the T-SEAS system is sent to the school's server for verification and payroll processing. The data you see on WebCenter may not be completely accurate due to modifications that may have been done by the school administration on their server. You should keep your own careful records of job numbers, school location, dates and times you worked. If you discover any discrepencies, contact the school or schools.
- PHONE NUMBER CHANGE
Your Special ID is your permanent phone number. It is the same number you provide to your schools and teachers in order for them to pre-arrange you to assignments. Your Callback Number is the number T-SEAS will use to contact you. You can only modify your Callback Number on WebCenter or over the T-SEAS phone system. In order to change your Special ID, you must submit this change in writing to your District Office. An updated personnel action Form SF5A-1 will be sent to you when processing is complete. Upon receipt of this form, notify your schools and teachers of your new Special ID.
